Valparaiso, a 2011 French movie starring Jean-Francois Stevenin, Helena Noguerra among others, directed by Jean-Chrisophe Delpias. A supertanker has run aground and there is an oil spill. Emma Caglione (Helena) is a green activist probing the incident. She discovers that the oil is owned by the company where her father is the top executive. Some major cover up is going on, some unseemly practices being followed by the oil company involving dumping into the ocean. Emma dies in a aircraft accident, and her father thinks she has been killed. He takes over the investigation. The finale is good. Emma is good in the short role given to her and Stevenin is impressive with his acting skills.
